Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zest Treats Solution(“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the AssessmentPro platform (the “Service”). It covers both account holders (creators who build assessments) and participants who complete them.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — for example, your email address, password (stored in hashed form), and workspace name.
- Assessment content — the assessments, questions, and result texts you create.
- Participant responses— answers submitted to assessments, and, where provided, a participant’s name and email address used to identify their results or send their report. In live sessions, participants may join with just a nickname (no login), which is shown alongside their score on a shared screen during the session.
- Participant accounts & rewards — if a participant chooses to log in (passwordless, via an emailed link), we keep their account and verified email, and any loyalty points they earn or rewards they redeem with a creator.
- Payment information — when you subscribe, our payment provider processes your card details. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; we receive limited billing information such as the status of a payment.
- Usage and technical data — basic information such as log data and device/browser details, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to score assessments and generate results and reports;
- to send necessary messages, such as login links, email confirmations, and report links;
- to process subscriptions and payments;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where we use a third-party AI provider to generate narrative interpretations of results, assessment result data may be sent to that provider solely to produce the text. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Creators and Participants
When a creator collects responses, that creator decides what to ask and why. For those responses, the creator is responsible for their own participants’ data (in data-protection terms, typically the “controller”), and we process the data on their behalf to provide the Service. If you are a participant and have questions about a specific assessment, contact the creator who invited you.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
We share personal data only as needed to run the Service, including with providers who host our infrastructure and database, deliver email, power AI text generation, and process payments. These providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or security needs. Account holders can delete response history from their workspace settings; deleting that data removes the associated participant records.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@masterclass4u.com. If you are a participant, you may also need to contact the creator who collected your data.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We aim to keep non-essential tracking to a minimum.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
12. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@masterclass4u.com.
